Free Shipping on all orders over $100

Domestic UK Shipping Rates and Estimates

We have two delivery options to choose from:

Standard 2-4 business day
Your parcel(s) will be delivered using the Parcelforce Express 48 service and each parcel will cost $5.99 inc VAT

Express 1-2 business day
Your parcel(s) will be delivered using the Parcelforce Express 24 service and each parcel will cost $15.00 inc VAT. If you order before 12:30 your order will be despatched the same day and delivered to you the following working day if you live in mainland UK (This is not guaranteed however).


We offer free shipping on orders over $100

To keep you informed of your order delivery, you will receive automated emails when your order is fulfilled (booked in with Parcelforce), out for delivery and delivered.

Please note if there is no-one present at the delivery address, then Parcelforce Worldwide may at its discretion attempt to deliver the consignment to an alternative address being either:

1.  A neighbouring address or
2.  A local Post Office branch, where it can be collected during the next 16 days or
3. Taken back to the depot.
 

Please note that the delivery will need to be accepted and signed for; if no-one is available to accept delivery then it will be your responsibility to contact Parcelforce and arrange for re-delivery or collect from your local post office.

In-store pickup

We offer free pickup from our warehouse address.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

 

Our in-store pickup hours are 09.00 to 17.00 on weekdays.  Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Large parcels

Our 1m x 1m panels with a metal grid are delivered using the Parcelforce 48 Large service. The price is calculated at checkout.

Delivery to the Channel Islands

For delivery to the Channel Islands please get in touch with us for a quote.

Delivery to Republic of Ireland

For delivery to the Republic of Ireland please get in touch with us for a quote. Your order may be subject to import duties, handling charges and sales tax/VAT, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. 

Delivery to Europe

For other EU countries please get in touch with us for a quote. Your order may be subject to import duties, handling charges and sales tax/VAT, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number and URL you can use to check its status.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at service@laaylay.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
